Eugene "Geno" Zastrow

Eugene “Geno” Zastrow, 70, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2015.

Geno was born on May 28, 1945 to Otto and Wilma (Lau) Zastrow in Appleton. On October 26, 1973 he was united in marriage to Jane Lom in Appleton. He worked for many years as a union laborer with Local 330 until his retirement. Geno enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing and traveling. He also liked to go to his hunting land and he always had a project he was working on. Spending time with his family was always special and those memories will always be cherished.

Geno is survived by his wife, Jane, his daughter Tanya (Shane) Stone, two grandchildren; Trey Schmitz and Kendall “Puts” Stone, a sister Carol Hoag, a brother Elder Zastrow , nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Geno was preceded in death by his parents, a granddaughter Danielle Stone, three brothers; Richard Sr., Mike, and Kenny and a sister LaVonne Weyland.
The funeral service for Geno will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 6:00 PM at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME. A time of visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4:00 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
