Age 90, died Wednesday, May 8, 2002. Esther was born October 10, 1911 to the late Charles and Elizabeth (Schinke) Wisnefske in the Town of Dear Creek, WI. She married Rudolph Zehren on September 5, 1929. He preceded her in death on July 25, 1975. Esther enjoyed traveling and the opportunity to sample various foods throughout her travels.

She is survived by four sons, Glenroy (Dolores) Zehren; Duane (Margaret) Zehren; Gene (Sharon) Zehren and Roland (Carol) Zehren; a daughter, Betty (Carlton) Rienke; two sisters, Lula Thoma and Lorena Fritz; ten grandchildren, Vicki, Doug, Scott, Jamie, Dawn, Glena, Kaye, Brenda, Ryan and Darci. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Todd Zehren, a sister, Eleanor Zehren and a brother Harold Wisnefske.

The funeral service will be 1:00 PM on Friday, May 10, 2002 at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, 537 North Superior Street, Appleton. Viewing and visitation will be Friday at the Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until the time of service. A memorial is being established in her name.
