David "Bucky" Bevers

March 8, 1933 — June 2, 2008

David Bevers passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, June 2, 2008 at the age of 75. His loving family was at his side. He was born March 8, 1933, son of the late Adrian and Myrtle (LeBouef) Bevers. On November 29, 1952, Dave married the former Nancy Head in Kaukauna; she survives. Dave retired from C.R. From 1953 until 1955, he served his country as a member of the United States Army, and was a member of the William Verhagen Post #60 of the American Legion in Kimberly. Dave enjoyed golf, bird watching, bird house building, and working out at Ghost Town Fitness. Most of all, he will be remembered as a dedicated father and grandfather who enjoyed all the kids sporting activities – being home with his family and spending time watching them grow brought him wonderful memories and great joy. His children and grandchildren will agree that these times were indeed the times to remember.
