SCHMANSKI, DANIEL PAUL

Daniel P. Schmanski, age 60, of Stockbridge, passed away at his home on Wednesday, August 4, 2010. Dan was born on September 27, 1949, in Appleton, to the late Hank and Della (Sahotsky) Schmanski. He married Randee Sharpe on September 18, 1971, in Neenah. Dan enjoyed horseback riding, camping, fishing and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. He was also a member of the High Cliff Ridge Riders and loved his 27 years living on the shores of Lake Winnebago. Dan was the Manager of the Meat Department of the Webster Avenue Market in Green Bay. Survivors include his wife of 38 years; his son, Aaron (Jennifer) Schmanski; his son, Adam Schmanski; his grandson, Jack; and his sisters, Mary Beattie and Helen Gullickson. He was preceded in death by his brother, Andy. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 9, 2010, at CHRIST THE KING LUTHERAN CHURCH, 601 S. Washington Street, Combined Locks, with Rev. Bill Schroeder and Rev. Tim Krick officiating. Friends may call at the Wichmann Funeral Home, Appleton, on Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again directly at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
