For over forty years Dan was employed by Thilmany Pulp and Paper in Kaukauna and was a member of the Quarter Century Club there. He also enjoyed movies, music of all kinds, especially the rock and roll of the 50's, 60's, and 70's which his band specialized in playing. Everyone will remember Dan's love of his yard, his gardens, and his pond. Dan cared for countless pets over the years, and was especially fond of the dogs, cats, birds, and fish that currently shared his home.
