Age 80, passed away at his home on Saturday, September 4, 2004. He was born on June 27, 1924, son of the late James and Agnes (Rabiega) Kotora. He married Lorraine Cillian on October 20, 1946. Clare was proud to serve in the United States Marine Corps as a Tech Sgt. during World War II. He worked as a machinist for 43 years at Argonne National Lab, in Lemont, IL. Clare loved to spend time outdoors, and especially liked to fish and play golf. He was also an avid sports fan. He is survived by his children: Kristy (Michael) Capone and their children Lauren and Nicholas, all of Oswego, IL, and Clary (Carol) Kotora and their daughter Kelly, all of Appleton. Funeral arrangements in Illinois are incomplete and pending.
