Beloved Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend

Age 58, died unexpectedly on Monday, December 10, 2001. Chuck was born January 19, 1943 to Natalie (Hansen) and Chuck Worthington Sr. in Evanston, Illinois. He married the former Judy Skocher on November 18, 1967 in Glenview, Illinois. Chuck worked as the general manager for 18 years at Valley Bakers Association in Neenah. He was a loyal friend and business mentor to all that he worked with. Prior to Valley Bakers, Chuck managed a donut factory in Daytona Beach, Florida and Chuck and Judy owned and operated a deli in Barrington, Illinois. Chuck enjoyed fishing and boating off of Washington Island. He enjoyed sharing his knowledge, time and passion for fishing with many of his friends, family and associates. Chuck was proud of his connection to Washington Island and the family cottage he and Judy shared.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Worthington; two daughters, Wendy and Carrie Worthington; his parents, Chuck and Natalie Worthington; a sister, Joanne Kratz; mother in law, Ruth Skocher and a brother in law Terry (Susie) Skocher. Chuck will be greatly missed by many.

The Funeral Service will be 7:00 PM on Friday, December 14, 2001 at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, TRI COUNTY CHAPEL, 3212 South Oneida Street, Menasha. Viewing and visitation will be FRIDAY at the FUNERAL HOME from 4:00 PM until the time of service. A church service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 15, 2001 at the TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH on Washington Island, Wisconsin. Burial will follow at the Washington Island Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association Wisconsin Affiliate.
