VAN TOLL, BEVERLY (nee WYDEVEN)
Beverly Van Toll, of Kimberly, age 72, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at Appleton Medical Center with her family at her side. She was born on October 5, 1936 in Kimberly, the daughter of Vincent and Lucina (Kobussen) Wydeven. On September 28, 1957, she married her high school sweetheart Jerry at Holy Name Catholic Church, Kimberly. Beverly was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and the Ladies of Holy Name. Many will remember her as a very loving and giving person, along with being the Queen at the 50th Kimberly Jubilee. She enjoyed reading and needlework. Her family meant the world to her and she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Beverly is survived by her loving husband: Gerald Van Toll, Kimberly; mother: Lucina Wydeven, Kimberly; children: Mary (Rick) Peters, Argonne; Kristine “Missy” (Daniel) Van Berkel, Freedom and Katie (Mark) Maynard, Kimberly; daughter-in-law: Kathy Van Toll, Kimberly; grandchildren: Jed (Heather), Daniel, David (Amber) and Ben Peters; Kevin and Jesse Van Berkel; Amy, Ann and Luke Maynard; John (Ann) Van Toll, Judy (Glenn) Beach, Jerry (Jessie) and Mike Van Toll; great-grandchildren: Clayton and McKenzi Opsteen, Haley, Cole and “Baby” Beach; Brooklyn Van Berkel; sisters: Sharon (Stan) Gracyalny, Kaukauna; Lynn (Joe) Strick, Combined Locks; Kay (Duane) De Groot, Kaukauna and Barbara (Frank) Gifford, Fremont; brothers: James (Judy) Wydeven, Little Chute and Rodney (Mary) Delfosse, Appleton and brother-in-law: Glen Phillips, Kimberly. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Beverly was preceded in death by her father Vincent Wydeven, son Thomas Van Toll, granddaughter Amie Van Berkel, sister Rebecca Phillips and nephew Alan Wydeven.
The funeral liturgy for Beverly will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at HOLY SPIRIT PARISH – KIMBERLY, 600 E. Kimberly Avenue. Father David Beaudry will be officiating. The burial will take place at the parish cemetery. A time of visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 9:00 am until the time of mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society in memory of her son Tom Van Toll are appreciated.
