Age four, died at her home on Thursday, July 26, 2001. Avalon was born on May 4, 1997, and was a student at Community Nursery School in Appleton. She enjoyed frogs, robots and caterpillars. She is survived by her parents, William and Susan (Van Lankvelt) Rolf and her brother, Luke, her maternal grandparents, Janet and Bernard Van Lankvelt, Neenah; her paternal grandparents, Luke and Mary Rolf, Menasha; her aunts and uncles. Avalon will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 31, 2001, at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, with Ann L. Barker, M.A.R., officiating. Friends may call directly at the funeral home on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services. Avalon’s parents would like to extend a sincere thank you for the outpouring of support from family, friends and neighbors.
