Age 88, went from the loving arms of his daughters into the waiting loving arms of our Lord and late wife, Katie, whom he missed dearly for almost 11 years. Tony was born to the late August and Cecilia (Barnowski) on March 12, 1914. He married Katharine Miedaner on July 4, 1941 in Amherst, WI. He joined the Coast Guard shortly after and served his country for four years. After the war, he and Katharine bought a restaurant in Amherst and ran it for eight years before moving to Marshfield where they bought and ran Mautz Paint Store. They then moved to Kaukauna, where Tony worked at Thilmany’s until his retirement.

Tony is survived by three daughters: Margaret (Gerry) Arnoldussen, Cindi (Mike) Hinnendael and Donna (Dave) Nussbaum; grandchildren: Daniel, Andrew, Jonathan and Abigail Arnoldussen; Joshua, Aaron and Katie Hinnendael; and Toni and Alexandra (Ali) Nussbaum; sister, Marie (Ray) Olstinski, and a sister-in-law, Natalie Domres.

Tony was preceded in death by his wife, Katharine, their daughter Penny, his parents August and Cecilia, four sisters: Helen, Agnes, Annie, and Martha; and three brothers: Bernard, August, and John.

The funeral liturgy will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2002 at ST MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 119 West Seventh Street, Kaukauna, with Fr. Robert Udulutsch O.F.M.Cap. officiating. Friends will be received at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the liturgy. Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery.

Tony loved his family, friends, and home and garden.
