Anthony Buchinger

Anthony B. Buchinger, age 63, was called home to the Lord on Sunday, March 1, 2015. He was born on May 22, 1951, to the late John and Helen Buchinger and resided in Shawano. Anthony worked rigging boats at American Marina and was always proud of his work. He had a strong faith and was a member at the First Baptist Church in Clintonville for many years. Anthony enjoyed NASCAR, tinkering in the garden, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was loved dearly by his family and will be greatly missed.

Anthony is survived by his daughter, Antonette (Doug Vander Linden) Wartick; grandchildren, Austin and Paige Wartick; siblings, Theresa (Carl) Reimers, Anna (Carl) Scharenberg, Dennis (Polly) Buchinger, and John Buchinger; Sharon McVey-Lange; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Buchinger.

Funeral services for Anthony will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2015, at the WICHMANN TRI-COUNTY CHAPEL, 1592 Oneida Street, Menasha. A time of visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
